Dr. Murray may lose its license for the death of M. Jackson.

Michael Jackson's death threatens to end the career of Conrad Murray, the singer's personal physician and main accused in his death. The California attorney general has asked a court to take away the license and be barred, therefore, to practice medicine as he faces charges of manslaughter.

On behalf of the Medical Board of California, Jerry Brown Attorney filed a petition in the Superior Court of Los Angeles in which he requests the judge to restrict the license of Murray as a condition of bail.

Police say Jackson's personal physician, who helped him at the time of his death on 25 June, researchers have recognized the singer propofol provided to help you sleep. But Murray maintains his innocence and claims that it was the first physician to prescribe the drug in Jackson.

"The defendant had administered a lethal dose of propofol and other drugs the patient MJ strong, resulting in his death," Brown writes in the court filing, which adds: "The exercise of a professional opinion as poor and the fact of placing the life of a patient at risk requires that the Board take action to protect the public from future harm. "

If convicted, Murray could face up to four years in prison.

Last month, a judge has already rejected a request by prosecutors in Los Angeles to suspend the license of Murray, but he forbade the use of anesthesia in their patients.
